The lines are pretty messy, I use a mouse and MS paint. It's probably safe to asume you use the same thing as I do, try to add more detail maybe practice using your sofware more. And if this is MS paint . . . try starting off using the curve line tool . . .The tool takes some getting used to but you will get there with practice. Also take some more time to take out unneat lines and fix proportions.
An easy trick for sofware like this/if you have a PC . . .Is too draw on the monitor with a cheep marker/so no damage is done. Then trace from then.
Overall I think you should practice . . alot . . .
